Reminders

⚠️ Reminders are only shown inside Jasper. They DO NOT notify you or appear when the app isn't open.

Reminders are used to keep track of tasks related to customers. This could be making a delivery or phone call, sending an email or anything else you need to do.

• Each reminder contains a title, extra text and a due date for the customer it is associated with.
• Upcoming reminders for all customers are shown in the reminders view, sorted by due date.
• When you complete a reminder, tick the actioned box to mark it as done. It will disappear after eight hours.
• Previously completed reminders from a customer can be accessed using the "Reminder history" button on that customer.
• Click or tap a reminder to open the customer it is attached to.

Coloring

• Reminders that are due today, or overdue, are shown in red.
• Reminders that have already been completed are shown in blue.
