Is Jasper right for you?
While we have tried our best to tailor Jasper to as many users as possible, it's not ideal to use something that isn't designed for what you need.
Here are a few things to ask yourself to decide if Jasper is the right CRM for you
1. Multiple users and devices
Jasper is designed as a traditional local program where you create a file on your computer, open it and then edit. It doesn't store anything on the cloud or send customer data off your device.
Because of this, more than one user editing the file across multiple devices at once is NOT supported. You can manually transfer a database between devices using our built-in backup feature, but they will not automatically sync.
- If you want one user on one device (or occasionally swapping), Jasper is a good choice for you.
- If you need multiple users working continuously across devices with realtime syncing, you should choose an alternative cloud based CRM.
2. Adding users and sign up
Jasper is not designed to integrate with larger customer account systems or external databases. It is designed for users who want to locally store and edit their customer records.
